Shop Policy

Purchasing a Custom Product :

By uploading your files ( arts / designs ) you as a buyer are stating the you are the rightful owner, and
agree to assume any and all liability resulting from copyright or patent infringements. 

 

Returns :

Returns only accepted if their is any manufacturing defects, by placing an order you are assuring that you see and approve the design on the products.

 

Cancellations :

If a cancelled order is shipped in error by the buyer, the buyers are responsible to contact us, and have the shipment returned to one of our facilities. Before credit can be given, proof of cancellation must be produced and product returned.

 

Payments :

Simple and secure powered by Shopify/ Stripe for all credit and debit card transactions. PayPal is available as well for all you PayPal pals.

Shipping and Delivery :

We mainly use USPS ( first class mail ) for all single and drop-ship orders. Your order will leave our facilities 24 to 48 hours after processed payment. Our free shipping only takes 3 to 5 business days to be delivered after it leaves our warehouse. Please keep in mind that USPS is responsible once the package leaves our location.
